Really enjoyed using this yeast! Have tried with a high corn content bourbon and with an all malt barley and with both have had great luck. Has fermented as close to dry alas I have seen with an all grain mash and fermentation was quick. Saw a 1.065 mash ferment to 1.005 in 5 days at approx 20 degrees. Very clean taste when finished would highly recommend
