Cargill Munich Malt

A “malty” flavor characteristic and can impart “sweetness”. It can add a reddish amber color to the beer. Munich malt is used as the base malt of the bock beer style and appears in some lagers with a darker grain than pale malt. A fully modified two-row color malt, Cargill Munich will enhance beer body, color and aroma of dark beers such as Bock and Oktoberfest. Colour °L: 8° – 11° L
