Unmalted toasted barley can be used to increase head retention and add a creamy mouthfeel to beer. Also adds a rich grainy flavour to your homebrew. Note that this barley is not modified and so full conversion may require a stepped mash. Introduces subtle toasty/bready notes when used in larger quantities.
